Mexican sports face problems in the anti-doping fight

The National Laboratory for Prevention and Control of Doping (LNPCD) is suspended due to failures in its processes. A few years ago, Mexico included, during the six-year term of Vicente Fox, the measure of having the Laboratory, endorsed by the World Anti-Dip Agency (AMA) , but this has had a difficult path due to the failures it has had. In recent years, the number of anti-doping tests carried out in Mexico had also decreased, despite having endorsement, and the problems were aggravated because WADA also warned in 2015 that Conade, as the ministry of sport, could not be judge and jury. Conade budgeted 23 million 230 thousand pesos this year to recover its international status. Nelson Vargas says that the laboratory must be promoted again, despite the bad experiences: “It's like if you have your house full of latest model Mercedes Benz and you don't use them, do you sell them?
